About

My name is Matthew Todd, and I have been married since 1996 to my lovely wife Tatana. We have 4 children and live in Virginia. We have been in youth ministry for more than 20 years and with the birth of our last child have taken a break from ministry while we focus on our children’s ministry work in fine arts, junior bible quiz, Boy Scouts, etc.

I created this site out of a desire to show people that God can truly change your heart and life when you get to know Him. I want to be an encouragement to those who are hurting and a help for those who are struggling. The journey God has allowed me to go through in this life has taken me through many trials and included much reading and thinking and talking with others. The internet has been a huge part of my ministry from before there were web pages and web browsers. I was co-leader of an internet prayer ministry simply named “The Prayer Network.” This allowed me to personally interact with people in all stages of life and even with different beliefs and understanding of God and His Word.

We absolutely love working with people of all ages, but my heart has always been for those going through High School and into college. Some of my best lessons taught to me were through experiences with the students in youth ministry. I hope to post on here some short lessons or messages both audio and video and articles that we can relate to as we are all walking through the journey in which God has graciously allowed us to take part.

Please take some time to leave comments, questions and suggestions as this website will continue to change and grow as we grow together. God Bless you for being a part of my life here online and if I can be of any help, please send me an email.

If you need to talk to someone right away regarding a decision to follow Christ, please call 1 888 Need Him, that number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please do not hesitate to call and discuss Christ with someone right now who wants to help you. Thanks.
